Mohammad Dastbaz Explores Green Information Technology in New Book
Today's "Big Data" allows information to be propelled around the world in an instant; however, this proliferation requires energy consumption. In Green Information Technology: A Sustainable Approach, Professor Dastbaz and his colleagues Colin Pattinson and Babak Akhgar, explore the challenges presented by the energy demands of such massive computing power.
Green Information Technology: A Sustainable Approach brings together "a broad collection of practical techniques and methodologies for designing, building and implementing a green technology strategy in any large enterprise environment, which up until now has been scattered in difficult-to-find scholarly resources".
