NICMAR University, Pune invites academics, research scholars, practitioners, and other stakeholders of the construction, real estate, infrastructure and project management (CRIP) sector to the 9th edition of its flagship international conference scheduled on August 22-23, 2025.
We are glad to share with you about our annual international conference ‘International Conference on Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management (ICCRIP)’ scheduled on 22-23 August 2025 at NICMAR University, Pune (India). This is the 9th edition of the conference and has emerged as one of the largest construction management conferences globally.
NICMAR University, Pune, formerly known as the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), is India’s most illustrious Built Environment University. We have a rich legacy of four decades in preparing industry-ready professionals including training, research, and consultancy in the specialized domains of Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management (CRIP). Incubated in the late 1980s by the likes of UNDP, ILO, MIT, University of Michigan, University of Loughborough, and IIM Ahmedabad among others, NICMAR has consistently been recognized as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by DST, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. As of today, NICMAR boasts an alumni strength of 35,000+ professionals spread across the globe. As a part of our research initiatives, we have organized several conferences in the past including the Project Management Institute (PMI) India conference in 2011 and the Indian Lean Construction Conference (ILCC) in 2019.
The International Conference on Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management (ICCRIP) is NICMAR’s flagship conference held annually since 2016. The past eight editions of ICCRIP have received tremendous response from the stakeholders. ICCRIP has served well as a confluence of ideas for academics and practitioners. The last edition of ICCRIP (August 23-24, 2024) was held in collaboration with Loughborough University (U.K.), Indian Institute of Technology Madras (India), and Wentworth Institute of Technology (U.S.) as academic partners together with our esteemed knowledge partners such as L&T IPM, IIIC, digiQC and InCoBAN where more than 250 papers were presented.
NICMAR had more than eight publication partners for the conference. Reputed publishers such as Emerald, Sage, Taylor & Francis, and Springer were associated with the conference as publication partners.
