On August 2, 2023, the 2023 APAR Asia-Pacific Adolescent Science & Technology Innovation Carnival took place in Kunming, Yunnan Province. Themed “Empowering with Technology Responding to Climate Change” and under the academic guidance of the ICEE Base of Future Science and Technology Education, this event was co-sponsored by Asia-Pacific Adolescent Robot Association (APAR), Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Education Research Institute and the APAR China Committee, and organized by Beijing Baby Bright Future Education Technology Co., Ltd. SHEN Ye, Assistant to Secretary-General of the International Centre for Engineering Education under the auspices of UNESCO (ICEE) and Secretary-General of the Global Partnership Board of ICEE, and LIU Binli, head of the ICEE Base of Future Science and Technology Education, attended the event.
