Dr  Sangappa . completed his  Bachelor Of Engineering in Electronics & Communication under Bangalore University , Master of Engineering in ECE from University Visveswaraya College of Engineering ,UVCE ,  Bangalore University  , & Ph.D. in the field of Wireless sensor Networks From AISECT University ,  started teaching carrier in Dayananda Sagar Institutions , Bangalore in the year 1992 in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering, and from last 17 years I am working  with   Kammavari  Sangha Group of Institutions  ,  K S Institute of Technology , Bangalore , Working  presently  as Dean ( SW)  &  Professor  in Electronics & Communication Engineering Department    Has 27 years of Teaching & administrative  experience in the higher educational  Technical institution  , My  area of interest is Wireless sensor networks and published many papers in the field of Vehicular ad-hoc sensor networks (VASNET.)

 Worked as Local Inspection Committee Member (LIC)   and various  other committee member of Visveswaraya Technological University (VTU ), Belagavi , Karnataka State , India .  I am  a Fellow of Institute of electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (IETE)  , Life member of Indian Society For Technical Education  (ISTE)  New Delhi , Member Of Institute 0f Engineers , India   , Visited many countries on assignment related to  Technical Education .  also Serving the Society at large  as General secretary  of Akhila Bharatha Veerashaiva Mahasabha  , Bangalore Mahanagara

 I Have  worked  as  Section Managing committee Member of Indian Society For Technical Education ISTE during 2012  ,  & also   as  Hon.Secretary & Treasurer of  ISTE karnataka State section From 2012 to  December 2014  . Actively involved in strengthening the ISTE  by mobilizing the membership drive , also instrumental in establishing the ISTE Chapters at many institutions  and organized  many State level  conventions for  both the faculty & students of technical educational  institutions across the state

Worked  as National  Executive Council (EC)  Member of Indian Society for Technical Education  ISTE New Delhi for the term 2014-2019 during which I have involved in conduction of various Technical conferences , State & National level conventions etc  . Now Elected for the second term As National  Executive Council (EC)  Member of Indian Society for Technical Education  for the term 2020 to 2024 .
